Dot specialises in optimising personal and organisational performance. Dot informs,
challenges and motivates people in the areas of leadership,
conflict management, communication, team building, customer
relations management and affecting cultural change.
For over 20 years Dot
has trained nurses and members of the multi-disciplinary health
care team.
She has worked in a
variety of healthcare settings, both in Australia and overseas
(England and Asia). Her broad experience and skills in
communication and interaction with clients from different
cultural backgrounds (as well as from a cross section of the
community) has, and will continue to be, one of her greatest
assets.
Her strength lies in her
ability to combine knowledge, skills and expertise in meeting
the needs of her clients.
Dot is based in Sydney
and travels extensively intrastate and interstate within
Australia to conduct motivational seminars and workshops. She
also works as a professional counsellor and conducts performance
coaching sessions at her Seaforth office in Sydney, Australia.
