"It is with great pleasure that I submit this testimonial in respect of my association with Dot Yam, Consultant in Communication and Human Relations Management.

Central Coast Area Health Community Nursing Services have utilised Dot's expertise over the past three years on many occasions for either education or human resource management issues.

The Dot Yam days as we fondly refer to them have been like an education explosion within the service. The subject matter for these sessions is so popular and so useful in all aspects of life the nurses just keep asking for more. Managers certainly are noticing increased levels of confidence and leadership being demonstrated by staff as a result of these dynamic education programs.

Dot's work with small teams and individuals regarding human relation's issues is also to be commended. Her counselling methods are effective and her team building processes are very successful.

I would highly recommend Dot Yam & Associates for any consultancy or counselling services required.

In appreciation of a very successful association."
